How We Got Started
The idea behind 5 Star Movers came from listening to people who had bad moving experiences: missed time windows, surprise fees, damaged furniture, and crews that seemed rushed or unprepared. We knew there had to be a better way — so we built one.
From day one, our focus has been on three things: showing up ready, charging honestly, and treating every item like it matters. That means uniformed crews, proper padding and straps, clear written estimates, and a scheduling system that respects the customer’s day.
Now we help families, renters, office managers, and commercial clients relocate across Portland and the surrounding region. Whether it is a small apartment or a full office build-out, our process stays consistent: plan carefully, communicate clearly, and leave every customer feeling confident in their choice.
